Where are you located?

My office is located in the Rock Pointe Corporate Center, in building Rock Pointe 3. I also offer services at private schools and/or daycare centers for a limited number of clients.

What ages do you work with?

I am a pediatric SLP, working with toddlers and children up to age 15; However, I can potentially see older teenagers and adults too, depending on the services needed. Click the “contact me” button if you have questions! I am always available for a short consultation free of charge.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I am an in-network provider with several major insurances. You can check out the “Accepted Insurance” page for a list of insurances I am in-network with. For out-of-network benefits you can contact your insurance company directly. I offer superbills for potential reimbursement depending on your specific plan, and for out-of-pocket payments I can offer discounts and adjustments for financial assistance pending a financial hardship application. Click the “contact me” button! I’ll schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns. From there we can also schedule appointments for evaluations and therapy sessions.

Do we have to do an evaluation?

In most cases, yes. A comprehensive evaluation is usually the first step. This allows me to gather the necessary data to identify communication strengths and weaknesses to form the best treatment plan. The written copy of the report will be yours to keep! If your child has received an evaluation elsewhere in the past 6 months, I may be able to accommodate beginning therapy immediately. Contact me to discuss specifics!

How many therapy sessions will we need?

My evaluations can give me a good estimate of the necessary therapy frequency and duration a child may require, though I may not always know exactly how long progress will take. My individual sessions run from 30-60 minutes, depending on the case. Sessions may take place weekly, or more or less depending on the treatment plan. Every child’s needs are unique, and each treatment plan is individualized! I always adjust my services based on a child’s needs. Contact me for more info!

What if my child already receives speech therapy somewhere else?

That’s wonderful! I am happy to collaborate with other providers, in fact, I prefer it! Private speech therapy is a great way to help enhance progress for students with IEPs or other services provided through schools or the county. Let’s chat!
