Do you take insurance?

We only accept private pay at this time; However, we can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential full or partial reimbursement. See our pricing page for more information on our rates. Contact us if you have any questions!

How do we get started?

Click the “contact us” button! We’ll schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns. From there we can also schedule appointments for evaluations and therapy sessions.

Do we have to do an evaluation?

In most cases, yes. A comprehensive evaluation is usually the first step. This allows us to gather the necessary data to identify communication strengths and weaknesses to form the best treatment plan. The written copy of the report will be yours to keep! If your child has received an evaluation elsewhere in the past 6 months, we may be able to accommodate beginning therapy immediately. Contact us!

How many therapy sessions will we need?

Our evaluations can give us a good estimate of the necessary therapy frequency and duration a child may require, though we may not always know exactly how long progress will take. Our individual sessions run from 45-60 minutes, or longer depending on the case. Sessions may take place 1 or more times per week. Every child’s needs are unique, and each treatment plan is individualized! We can always adjust our services based on a child’s needs. Contact us for more info!

What if my child already receives speech therapy somewhere else?

That’s wonderful! We are happy to collaborate with other providers. Private speech therapy is a great way to help enhance progress for students with IEPs or other services provided through schools or the county. Let’s chat!
